StockAttic Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to paid and free StockAttic plans offered by StockAttic Technologies LTD. They supplement the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Financial Disclaimer, Investment Risk Disclosure, and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Plans and Entitlements

StockAttic may offer free access and paid plans such as Basic, Plus, Pro, or Custom plans. Actual plan names, prices, currencies, billing intervals, included features, usage limits, trials, introductory offers, promotional pricing, taxes, and eligibility are shown in the checkout flow, account interface, app store, or provider-managed purchase flow.

StockAttic may add, remove, change, limit, or discontinue plan features, entitlements, usage limits, or provider availability. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, StockAttic will handle the change as required by applicable law and the applicable provider terms.

Billing Providers

StockAttic billing may be routed through configured third-party providers. The codebase includes architecture for providers such as Stripe, Paystack, Flutterwave, PayPal, SeerBit, Fincra, Kora, Apple App Store, Google Play Billing, and manual payment workflows. A provider may be disabled, sandboxed, unavailable, limited by country, or unavailable for a particular plan, currency, customer type, or payment method.

Web subscriptions are managed through the provider selected by StockAttic's billing routing and provider configuration. Native iOS subscriptions may be managed through Apple App Store where enabled. Native Android subscriptions may be managed through Google Play Billing where enabled.

Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled through the billing source that manages the subscription. Renewal amount, renewal date, currency, tax, trial status, grace period, billing retry, account hold, or cancellation state may be controlled by the applicable provider and reflected in StockAttic's entitlement system.

You authorize StockAttic and the applicable provider to charge the payment method, app-store account, or approved billing method for recurring fees, taxes, and other amounts shown at checkout or confirmed by the provider.

Trials, Promotions, and Introductory Offers

Trials, coupons, promotional prices, introductory offers, and store-managed offers apply only when displayed as available and when you satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements. StockAttic may verify eligibility, reject invalid promotion codes, and end promotions according to the offer terms and provider rules.

StockAttic does not guarantee that a trial, promotion, or introductory price will be available to every user, plan, billing interval, platform, country, provider, or payment method.

Taxes

Prices may exclude taxes unless the checkout flow, provider, app store, or invoice states otherwise. You are responsible for taxes, duties, levies, foreign-exchange fees, bank fees, and similar charges that apply to your purchase, except where StockAttic or the provider is legally required to collect and remit them.

Failed Payments and Access Changes

If payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, is charged back, is refunded, is suspected of fraud, or is rejected by a provider, StockAttic may retry billing, place the account in a grace period or account hold, suspend paid features, downgrade access, revoke entitlements, request updated payment information, or terminate paid access.

Upgrades, Downgrades, and Plan Changes

Plan changes may take effect immediately, at the next billing period, or according to provider rules. Proration, credits, charges, refunds, and entitlement changes depend on the current provider, plan, interval, country, promotion, provider capability, and applicable law.

Some providers may not support safe in-place plan changes. In that case, StockAttic may require cancellation and a new checkout or support-assisted handling.

Cancellation

You must cancel through the billing source that manages your subscription.

• Web subscriptions may be cancellable through the StockAttic billing interface or provider portal when supported.
• Apple App Store subscriptions must be managed through Apple subscription management.
• Google Play subscriptions must be managed through Google Play subscription management.
• Manual or provider-assisted subscriptions may require contacting StockAttic support.

Cancellation usually stops future renewal and may allow paid access to continue until the end of the current paid period, unless the provider, refund, chargeback, legal requirement, fraud control, or account action causes access to end earlier.

App-Store Subscriptions

Apple and Google may control purchase confirmation, localized pricing, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refund review, family sharing, account status, and subscription management for subscriptions bought through their stores. StockAttic verifies eligible store transactions server-side before updating StockAttic entitlements.

Deleting a StockAttic account, uninstalling the app, logging out, or disabling notifications does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the applicable provider terms, app-store rules, and applicable law. StockAttic does not promise refunds unless required by applicable law, stated in the checkout flow, or approved through the applicable provider or StockAttic support process.

Custom and Organization Plans

Custom, organization, enterprise, manually invoiced, or support-assisted plans may have separate written terms, quote terms, invoice terms, user-seat rules, billing contacts, payment methods, renewal terms, and cancellation requirements.

No Investment Result

Subscription fees buy access to StockAttic features and content. They do not buy investment advice, guaranteed returns, securities transactions, portfolio management, brokerage, custody, clearing, tax advice, legal advice, or financial planning.
