StockAttic Acceptable Use, Community, and User-Generated Content Policy

This policy applies to use of StockAttic community features, comments, posts, reports, support messages, support attachments, AI prompts, feedback, user-generated content, account features, APIs where enabled, and any other interactive feature provided by StockAttic Technologies LTD.

Acceptable Use

You may use StockAttic for lawful research, education, analytics, support, and account purposes in accordance with the Terms of Service. You must not misuse StockAttic, interfere with the service, or use StockAttic in a way that harms users, markets, providers, or StockAttic.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, intimidate, exploit, or target another person.
  • Post hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, illegal, defamatory, deceptive, or harmful content.
  • Impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent affiliation, or create deceptive accounts.
  • Publish private, sensitive, confidential, or personal information without authorization.
  • Upload malicious code, unsafe files, spam, phishing, scams, fraudulent offers, or deceptive links.
  • Infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, database rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other rights.
  • Promote market manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes, coordinated manipulation, false rumors, wash trading, deceptive financial promotion, or other unlawful market conduct.
  • Present personal opinions, rumors, AI output, or speculative claims as verified facts.
  • Scrape, crawl, copy, index, bulk download, resell, commercially exploit, redistribute, or train models on StockAttic content, research, market data, AI output, user content, or platform data without permission.
  • Reverse engineer, probe, bypass, overload, disrupt, or test the service except as expressly authorized.
  • Bypass subscription, entitlement, rate limit, security, moderation, geographic, KYC/AML, provider, or access controls.
  • Use StockAttic for unlawful sanctions evasion, money laundering, fraud, unauthorized financial promotion, unauthorized investment advice, or other illegal activity.

User-Generated Content

You are responsible for content you submit. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it does not violate this policy, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.

You grant StockAttic the rights described in the Terms of Service to host, store, process, display, reproduce, moderate, adapt for technical formatting, analyze for safety and compliance, and use your content as needed to operate, protect, and improve StockAttic.

Financial Discussions

Community discussions, comments, and user posts are not StockAttic investment advice. Users must not falsely present themselves as StockAttic analysts, regulated professionals, brokers, advisers, insiders, issuers, exchanges, or providers.

Do not use community features to coordinate trading, manipulate securities, spread deceptive rumors, solicit unlawful investments, or pressure others into financial decisions.

AI Prompts and Outputs

Do not submit prompts or feedback that contain unlawful content, confidential information you are not authorized to share, personal data that is unnecessary for the request, payment credentials, access tokens, private keys, or full card numbers.

AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not present AI output as verified research unless StockAttic separately identifies it as verified.

Moderation and Enforcement

StockAttic may review reports, hide content, remove content, preserve records, dismiss reports, warn users, restrict accounts, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, disable devices, block access, or refer matters to providers or lawful authorities where appropriate.

StockAttic does not guarantee a specific moderation response time or outcome. Moderation decisions may consider user safety, market integrity, legal risk, provider obligations, service integrity, and available evidence.

Reporting

Where reporting tools are available, you may report posts, comments, users, support content, or AI responses. You may also contact StockAttic through the support or legal contact method provided within the StockAttic service.
