StockAttic Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: September 2, 2026
Last Updated: September 2, 2026
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to StockAttic subscriptions and paid features provided by StockAttic Technologies LTD. It supplements the Terms of Service and Subscription Terms.
Cancellation Source
You must cancel through the billing source that manages your subscription.
- Web subscriptions may be managed through the StockAttic billing interface or the applicable provider portal where supported.
- Apple App Store subscriptions must be cancelled through Apple subscription management.
- Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled through Google Play subscription management.
- Manual, custom, or provider-assisted subscriptions may require contacting StockAttic support.
Uninstalling an app, logging out, disabling notifications, deleting local app data, or requesting StockAttic account deletion does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple, Google, a payment provider, or another billing source.
Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation generally stops future renewal. Paid access may continue through the current paid-through period unless the provider, refund, chargeback, dispute, fraud review, account restriction, legal requirement, or plan terms cause earlier loss of access.
If a subscription is in a trial, introductory offer, grace period, billing retry, account hold, past-due, cancelled, expired, refunded, revoked, or unpaid state, access will depend on provider-confirmed status and StockAttic's entitlement system.
Refund Requests
Refund eligibility depends on the plan, provider, purchase channel, date of purchase, use of the service, promotion terms, app-store rules, local law, and the reason for the request.
StockAttic does not guarantee refunds unless required by applicable law, stated in the checkout flow, required by the provider, or approved by StockAttic support.
Provider-Managed Refunds
Refunds for Apple purchases are handled through Apple's refund process. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled through Google Play and applicable Google policies. StockAttic may receive provider status changes and update access when a refund, revocation, cancellation, or chargeback is confirmed.
For web or provider-routed purchases, StockAttic may process approved refunds through the payment provider where supported. Some providers may limit refund windows, partial refunds, currency support, reversal methods, or dispute handling.
Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback, dispute, payment reversal, or fraud claim, StockAttic may suspend or revoke paid access while the matter is reviewed. StockAttic may retain billing, fraud-prevention, chargeback, dispute, accounting, tax, support, and audit records as described in the Privacy Policy and Account Data Retention and Deletion Policy.
Duplicate or Unauthorized Billing
If you believe you were billed incorrectly, charged more than once, or charged without authorization, contact StockAttic through the support or legal contact method provided within the StockAttic service and include the relevant provider, plan, charge date, and transaction reference available to you. Do not send full payment card numbers or sensitive financial credentials to StockAttic support.
Account Deletion
Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation and refund handling. Review your subscription and cancel through the applicable billing source before deleting your account.
